Important Fee Policies

• All fees must be paid before the start of each academic term unless an installment plan is approved in writing.
• Fee once deposited is non-refundable except in cases covered by the official refund policy of the institution.
• Late payment may result in a fine and temporary suspension of academic / examination privileges.
• Students are responsible for keeping payment receipts for record and verification purposes.
• The college reserves the right to revise the fee structure with prior notice according to institutional policy.
• Any discrepancy in fee challans must be reported to the Accounts Office within 7 working days.
